Dual Plane
I've received a copy of a letter my surgeon has sent to my doctor, he has recommended I have the implants in a dual plane pocket, although he mentioned unders to me as he is worried about me losing weight and not having the tissue to cover overs (which I requested)
Has anyone had partials and would you let me have a peek at your pics please and does anyone know the difference in look/shape of overs vs partials vs unders
Xx

Re: Dual Plane
I think you'll find Hun, the majority of us on here who refer to ourselves as having 'unders' have actually had partial unders! I think it's rare that people have full unders for cosmetic reasons. I may be wrong, but that was my understanding

Re: Dual Plane
Mandy's right lovely. The only women who might have full unders will be women needing reconstruction surgery, for example after a mastectomy.
Partials are commonly known as unders though die to them being partially under the muscle
As you have little body fat and little breast tissue this is the reason why partials will have been suggested to you babe. The muscle at the top which covers the implant will act as a cushion in replacement of the body fat/breast tissue another woman may have to cover it.
If you look at everybody's avatar Jo, could you tell which women had partials and which had overs?
I've been looking at boobs here a looooong time and I sure as heck couldn't tell unless someone told me.
As long as the right placement is chosen for the right body type then there's no difference at all in the look babe... As you can see for yourself. Xx

Re: Dual Plane
I can't really tell to be honest, if mandys didn't say they were partials I would have guessed overs as they look rounder
I'm just worried that I've had 2 children and I'm 30 so soon they will start to sag and then I'll be left with double bubble. I've wanted them for so long I want them to look great for as long as possible. Any be I'm just over thinking it and need to let the surgeon do his job
All these sizes, positions are stressful as once it's done it's done :-(

Re: Dual Plane
Most unders are partials like they say above. Proper unders are mostly used for reconstructive purposes x
