Best way to wash hair afterwards?
As you know i am quite sore but desperately need my hair sorted. Any recommendations on the easiest way to wash your hair? I dont think i can manage kneeling forward x
Re: Best way to wash hair afterwards?
Book yourself in for a wash and blow dry.. it will make you feel a million dollars! Otherwise dry shampoo can keep you going for a little while!

The dry shampoo is making my bonce itch now haha. Think i will sit in a chair by the bath and get the hubby to use the shower head on it then next week i will get my hair done at the hairdressers because i have extensions i want put in too. Thanks 5sd =D x

That first shower is the most amazing one ever!!! Almost as good as the one you have after being at a rock festival!!

Re: Best way to wash hair afterwards?
I am almost a week post op and still haven't dared to do it yet I desperately need to do it because it's so greasy, dry shampoo just doesn't do anything for me but a few of the girls suggested washing it over the sink so that you don't have to bend as much xx

I cant bend at all, there is just no way for me to do it like that so my hubby will have to do it for me whilst sat down and leaning back x
Re: Best way to wash hair afterwards?
I did my own at day 3 I think maybe day 4 over the kitchen sink x tip your head back over the bathroom sink while your sat down. I know men arnt great at these things but It's better than hurting yourself struggling on your own x

Re: Best way to wash hair afterwards?
When do you next have an appointment? It shouldn't be long before you can shower! Oh it really is the best feeling x my bum was sore for weeks, I can sleep completely flat now so no bum ache anymore, only another 10 sleeps then I can sleep on my side yayyyy!! Back sleeping is probably the hardest part for me. What's been the worst thing for you so far?

Re: Best way to wash hair afterwards?
Friday next appt. Incision pain on my right has been the worst thing so far, made me scream out in pain, that is the only thing i have really struggled to cope with because i couldnt do anything to relieve it, i just had to ride it out. I was told only need to sleep upright for the first few nights then however is comfy after that =] wish i was one of the ones that got told not to wear any sort of bra at all =[ x
Re: Best way to wash hair afterwards?
Haha shrek with bangers! loool :) aww balamory! Let us know how you get on with washing your hair etc, im wondering how im going to get on with that! i keep thinking that once i have my BA im not going to want to stand up or bend over incase they fall out lol :) I think im going to book the hairdressers for after because my boyf will be useless at washing my hair... unless i train him up before hand.. :) xx
