Book yourself in for a wash and blow dry.. it will make you feel a million dollars! Otherwise dry shampoo can keep you going for a little while!

I am almost a week post op and still haven't dared to do it yet I desperately need to do it because it's so greasy, dry shampoo just doesn't do anything for me but a few of the girls suggested washing it over the sink so that you don't have to bend as much xx

I cant bend at all, there is just no way for me to do it like that so my hubby will have to do it for me whilst sat down and leaning back x

When do you next have an appointment? It shouldn't be long before you can shower! Oh it really is the best feeling x my bum was sore for weeks, I can sleep completely flat now so no bum ache anymore, only another 10 sleeps then I can sleep on my side yayyyy!! Back sleeping is probably the hardest part for me. What's been the worst thing for you so far?

Friday next appt. Incision pain on my right has been the worst thing so far, made me scream out in pain, that is the only thing i have really struggled to cope with because i couldnt do anything to relieve it, i just had to ride it out. I was told only need to sleep upright for the first few nights then however is comfy after that =] wish i was one of the ones that got told not to wear any sort of bra at all =[ x
