6 week post op check!

Hi girls x

I've just got back from my 6 week post op with my surgeon. He says they have healed very well, I can now start to use bio oil on my boobies and my scars!! Feel a bit ikky about touching them but hey ho. He gave them the biggest squeeze, and I said omg and ive been too scared to touch them.

He has also assured me that they will continue to move down, and that I can massage/squeeze the tops of my implants to help them on their way!

I am now allowed to wear proper bras (no wires), as long as I'm comfy, but continue in the sports bra overnight. I will be visiting bravissimo and treating myself to a nice new bra (maybe 2).

I am allowed to have a proper bath, but must pat my scars dry. No rubbing.

And this is the one my OH will be very pleased to hear, he can touch them to his hearts content lol! Again as long as I'm comfy with it x

I'm also able to start some light excersise, a walk or a gentle jog. And some not so good news is I have to continue sleeping on my back for another 2 weeks

But all in all a very good day! Considering I was told it would be 3 months on a sports bra, and 3 months on my back.

if you can do all of the above, then the sleeping on your back is an okay hit to take right? or maybe i should ask you again after your trip to bravissimo, then you'll be all made up and see how worth the back sleeping is :)

Oh I can handle another 2 weeks on my back after being told I can have a nice bath and wear a proper bra! Xx but the bravissimo visit will be the I ing on the cake lol xx

enjoy!! i was getting all excited about bravissimo when i heard all the girls on here rave about it, but then discovered their range starts a D cup and i'm only planning on getting a C.. gutted lol!

You might be surprised at your size when you get them properly measured Hun x what we see as a c cup might infact measure bigger. What size implants are you having Hun? I don't think I'm anywhere near the D I wanted but I'm bursting out of my DD sports bras, honestly they don't look anywhere near that big xx

thinking about 255 at the moment, i know that BA boobs can measure bigger than they look (why??) but am only aiming to look a full B / small C as i want to keep it natural, and ppl only think i'm slim because of my upper body lol, definitely not my thighs, so also don't want to take that slim look away.. tricky one!

Fab news babe! You enjoy that bath hun. I give my bathroom an overall last year and ripped out the bath and put in a big shower.... I sooooo miss a bath!

They don't. They measure exactly the same lovely. Its impossible for a natural breast to fill the breast volume of an F cup and an augmented breast to fill the volume of an F cup and yet be bigger than a natural breast.

We actually did an experiment here a while ago to see if natural boobs look bigger than augmented boobs - the outcome was that augmented boobs look bigger.

But whatever you 'measure' be it a natural breast or an augmented breast, if you measure a size you ARE that size and to be honest babe, size means nothing at all... As long as you like the 'look' of your boobs this is what matters surely rather than the label in a bra. Xx
