Re: sports bras
Hi Hun,
well before my op i bought two cheepie sports bras from asda. they are great. but after my op i bought two more from M&S one is a mega supportive jymnastics sports bra. gives excellent support and feels sooooooo comfy. the other is just a non underwired support bra which is also real comfy.
hope that helps.

Re: sports bras
If you want a post surgery bra rather than a normal sports bra the Royce and Z-bra are meant to be good, i had the Marena bra, they have more compression and a lower band so it doesnt rub on your incisions if you're having it through the crease, plus they both do up at the front i think so its much easier if your arms are achey

Re: sports bras
i bought a £5 cheapy from tesco and it's very good, apart from the bust elastic being quite thick and was a bit uncomfortable when sitting but i think that's because I had lipo as well and have to wear a body garment so everything ends up in the crease under my breasts where my incisions are too.

Re: sports bras
:allo: Alisia am having my op Fri so haven't actually tried them but Ive bought a sports bra from Asda and Peacocks (I read somewhere that they were good buys, comfy and cheap) and also a silver post surgery bra from Figleaves (in the sale too) for £8, it has a zip front but they only have limited sizes left as just checked for you......check out their UK website xxxxxxx

Re: sports bras
I used La Senza ones, but if i have another op i would definitely invest in the royce bra or any post surgery bra, i think a lot of sports bras have the high elastic band which can be uncomfortable on your incisions.

Re: sports bras
I bought the ones from Asda which were really good but the one that was the most comfortable was the one I bought from La Senza - it was £14 and they have them in pink, white and black.

Royce Post surgery bras are Reeeeeallyy comfy x
Shock absorbers are good too and if you buy brand new on ebay you can save a fortune x
Asda ones are good value and comfy x
M&S post surgery bra is nice and comfy too, although hard to get hold of at the moment. I emailed them though and stocks are back in on 27th June x

I really like the M&S zip in front and the Shock Absorber (which is a bit smaller on top so you can wear tanktops. xx
