Having seen your pics I think the size will be fine babe... It could be that the pocket was under dissected and so the implants aren't able to drop, so a pocket revision may help this.

Are they softening now Tink at all or are they still very firm?

i don't think you've gone 'too big' i just think that because it seems the implant is obv a big one 'for you' its gona take longer for your body to heal and for you to get the final result. as i mentioned before, remember that it can take up to 12 months for this to happen with unders and as littlewellies mentioned, cazzy has seen some amazing changes from 6 - 12 months with unders. Hang in there hun. I can only imagine how disheartened you feel, i'm 2 weeks and already getting impatient so i can bet it is horrible but don't despair cos i really think you will get the perfect boobs you've always dreamed of, it will just take a few more months.

Fab! At least you know its not CC lovely, so implants are fine its just possibly the pocket that's the problem hun... No more waiting when you see your surgeon babe - tell him you want to arrange to have them sorted. Make a date after your holiday so you don't have to worry about re-ops hun and then get it sorted when you come back. Like I said, your skin and muscle has done all the stretching so no pain at all from there from a re-op. it'll be a much easier recovery hun and they'll heal pretty fast too! So don't worry and be happy babe that they CAN be sorted. You WILL have the amazing boobs you paid for babe. Xx

Hiya Tink, if your going for a 2nd opinion both Tamuir Shoaib ( £120 consultation)& Ben Chew get great reviews both are specialist plastic surgeons and Ben Chew also trains new surgeons within the NHS, as well as NHS he works for various company's one being transform who I think consultations are free with them. It's crap when your boobs aren't how you'd hoped! I'm in the same boat playing the waiting game just now but think realistically am going to have to get them done again so doing s much research in the meantime. XXX

I don't have a pic trail set up as don't entirely like my boobs, any time I've taken pics they look even worse. I am going to wait and see how the are over the next few months and then take it from there( waited years before getting them done so can wait a little more), am hoping that they will change more but sometimes think I am just kidding myself, they do now squish together and can get a bum cleavage in certain bras (this has only happened over the last month or so)but feel theres too much boob up top and not enough below the nipple, even in a sports bra they have a pushed up look like I'm wearing wires!I don't mind them in clothes but think they look too fake looking naked, one is slightly smaller than the other I hadn't noticed it pre op as had nothing much boob wise surgeon on examination pointed it out but said difference was so little that didn't warrant different sized implants. Its a right bummer when you just want to love your new boobs, suppose we'll get there in the end just gonna be a longer boobie journey than some. XXX

Well tink it sounds like you've made your plan of action and I agree with it...maybe if you seen some other surgeons before you see yours then you can throw their ideas/thoughts at him? I really feel for you as we've all been telling you to be patient and you've been more than that so now it's time to get your surgeon to pull his finger out and give you the boobs you paid for! I've not seen your pics but it does sound like a pocket revision will fix it so as cookie says it will be a quicker recovery to your perfect boobs. I think I'd want to stick with the same surgeon and if he's paying your fuel and flights if you have re-op then that's even better...he clearly values you and his reputation. Keep us all updated on proceedings and we're all here x x Hug

Just cus you mentioned high profile I thought that was to get more CC in that's all. Cus moderate is wider so you'd lose width. Did he say your implants being stubborn could be cause it was a tight squeeze? Fingers think a second surgeons opinion will be good hun that was my next step for my revision. And my pocket revision (if you do need an op) has been easy peasy. X

for pocket revision is it still all the same rules xx

You'll gain more projection when you drop Tink, so that's something to give some thought to babe. When the lower pole fills out it will make all the difference hun. Xx
