Well, okay, I never followed the nurses advice on the fourth one ;)

But I've been for my six week check and she gave me the go ahead to treat them like normal boobs - hoorah! She said it before I'd even taken my top off which I thought strange but never mind xxxx

Wires - usually either 6 weeks or 3 months.

Baths - usually 3 months.

Running - 6 weeks.

Sex - whenever you feel comfortable but sports bra should be kept on for a good while.
