Sports bra to bed.....5 months on
Hi Girls
Havent been on here in ages.
I have 26 mhp overs nearly 5 months ago now.
Just wondering if any of you girls feel like you need to wear a bra to bed. I am still waering my sports bra everynight because i feel i need that extra support but I'm not sure if its really a good idea to be wearing a restrictive bra every night?

I wore my sports bra til 1 year post op, it wont hurt, its not restrictive, just gives a bit of support. You can wear it for as long as you like x

I wear a secret support vest at night which is quite supportive actually...I'm fed up with sports bras but feel like I need something and I want them to stay pert for as long as poss!

If you feel more comfortable I would say wear it!! I do sometimes too. I would think it will do more good than harm....keep from future sagging and keep them pert. You are not alone. xx

Thanks girls. I think where i have overs i always have it in the back of my mind that they need a bit of support not that 260 is a big implant. xx

I think we had our ops around the same time and I still wear mine to bed - habit I suppose - plus I want to keep them upright for as long as possible!

I wear my sports bra to bed coz it feels comfier although I have slept without a bra and verything seemed fine the next morning. I'm gonna keep wearing it at night coz I don't want em sagging after paying so much for em.

I alternate. I wore it for a good four months after my op, then I stopped, and now I'll start wearing it again just to keep them looking pert. They're still changing day by day, but like the others have said it doesn't do any harm to wear one.
xx
