sports bra 2 months post op
All is going well, but my silly brain always comes up with something to worry about!
Being 2 months post-op, how tight does your sports bra have to be? I can imagine, not as tight as the initial days/weeks? Or am I mistaken? Will wearing a lesser tight-fitting sports bra have a negative-impact on the boobs/cleavage? Or at 2 months, are the boobs/cleavage in it's final place/position?

If you're still in sportsbras at your surgeons advice babe, then you should still have them in full support, high impact bras. You're still healing and you're surgeon still requires the stability of the bra to aid your healing. Xx
Re: sports bra 2 months post op
Just to add - if your surgeon required less support for you, they would have suggested you wear non wired bras rather than sports bras. Xx
Re: sports bra 2 months post op
Well I was given the all clear to wear underwires at 6 weeks! He says to treat them as normal? But he didn't really mention anything about continuing/stopping the sports bra. I just continued wearing them coz I feel more secure in them day and night.
The ones I have bought recenty are still high-impact, just not as tight in terms of squishing them together, cleavage-wise. My previous ones were a bit harder to blend w/ normal clothes because of the blue straps, but the new ones I've bought have thinner straps and easier to blend w/ normal clothes. So they're still high-impact and keep the twins in place, just not as squishing together. Maybe I'm just over-thinking things?

Ahhhhh you're fine to wear whatever you want to now lovely. If you find the bras you bought comfy, then they're fine to wear hun..
There's no rules attached to which you should wear after getting the all clear from your surgeon, so just enjoy the comfort icecream.
I ŵear sports bras a lot of the time too and I'm 6 years post-op babe. xx
