Diazepam anyone?!? Empty Diazepam anyone?!?

Nurse just been in to do my obs and I've been given some diazepam?!? Apparently my PS likes to use this to relax the muscles with unders??? Anyone else been given these for this haven't seen anything on here about it

hm, well at least you'll have a good relaxing sleep, i think that's great! :)

i read somewhere about some girls getting it before going down for the same reason.. sounds to me like a muscle relaxant might be even better than a normal painkiller, but i'm just guessing!!

I'm sure they know what they're doing hun, so just relax and take it easy for your first post op night x

I swear that's how I got back on my feet so quickly!!! I took it every night and slept for 10 hours and was back up on my feet on day 3 and doing a job interview on day 6. Get as much as u can of it xx

I would take whatever your surgeon recommends. It'll be great if it works as well as littlewellies did.

Diazipam is my new best friend!! Had a decent sleep and my chest feels so much more relaxed just had my second dose and nurse said I will get a supply to go home with!! dance xxx

I didn't take diazepam, as I didn't need it! But there are a few girls who have been helped so much from taking it, so enjoy your new best friend, and those new boobies xx and happy healing xx

Hey lis, I haven't needed any pain relief really could easily of managed without, but the diazepam has defo helped relax my chest! i am a bit concerned with the tightness between my boobs thou... Will this calm down over the next few days? Xxxx

Yeah it's normal for it all to feel very tight xx don't panic Huni, it will all settle down over time x I'm so pleased for you! The NHS route isn't an easy one... X well done xx

What strength mg did the give u? I had 2 but had to go up to 5 with a week week hey are quite easy to get used to so go careful x
