Could this be dangerous to take post ba at all? I was prescribed it got my trapped nerve in my neck but I had one last night and had an undisturbed 12 hours kip, and I haven't moved all night from a good elevated position and my
swellings come down loads, im a bit worried about using muscle relaxants on unders tho
Has anyone been given a yes or no on these?

Re: Diazepam
If you're taking other medication then you should check whether its OK for you to mix them, it it is OK you should be fine. I take diazepam too lovely and my surgeon and anaesthetist were very clear about which medication I used and were happy for me to take them.
It may be best to just check lovely. Xx

Re: Diazepam
That's probably why you're feeling very little pain lady Pom. Diazepam isn't prescribed here unless you have severe pain due to the high risk of addiction.
We use a high strength pain killer but nothing like diazepam for our post op recovery. Xx

Re: Diazepam
I take diazepam too and I was fine with it post op just make sure you don't take anything stronger than paracetamol with it , be careful with the 5mg compared to 2mg that's a big strength difference
I'm shocked at being prescribed diazepam for a ba cookies right the addiction risk is extremely high my doc knows I'm ok as I've been on and off it a lot of times but the longer you take it the longer it takes to wean off xx
