Damn this cold..!

I developed a cold Monday and have been drinking orange juice by the gallon and having lemon& honey with a bit of brandy thrown in. I think I can shake it by Sunday but has anyone else gone into surgery with a cold. Its only a head cold, with slight cough caused by all the mucas.

Yeah I had a dreadfull cold!! And a cough that wouldn't stop!! As long as its not an infection and your temp is normal and your cough isnt productive, your op will still go ahead!! So try not to worry, keep drinking the honey and lemon and try to get some rest xx if you are worrying you could give your PS office a quick call xx

Feeling a cold coming on in the run up to your BA is VERY common hun. I think its probably related to stress as we get nearer our BA date so we lower our immune systems. You're doing all the right things though by getting plenty of natural vitamins down ya and as Lisa said, as long as thers no infection the op will go ahead no problem.

I have an awful head cold sweetie and I had my ba test. I was a little worried, my head and nose was as clear as anything yesterday after I came round but it's back today again xxx
