is my macom too big?
My back measures 36 so I order the large macom in nude, however I can fit my four fingers through the back is it too big or is it ok as it will allow swelling?xx

Re: is my macom too big?
Hmmmm I've never worn a Macom so hopefully those who have will be able to help you with this.
To me it sounds too big lovely. X

Now I could be wrong, but I think the macom sizing works on the waist and hips size?? If you go onto the website there is a size guide. [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
That's what I used to buy mine in the size I did! It fits very snugly, but doesn't feel tight.

Re: is my macom too big?
i can easily fit 4 fingers under my macom and pull the material out, however when i let go it fits snug to my ribs/chest... i think it's just the stretchy material?

Re: is my macom too big?
My band size is usually a 32, and I bought the medium! Very comfy. But as newboobz said you can easily fit 4 fingers under it as its so stretchy! X

Re: is my macom too big?
They really appeal to me especially for my first sports bra as you don't need to know your cup size they work by band size xxx

Re: is my macom too big?
At what stage can it be worn? I have pre-op on Monday, but hasn't thought I needed to buy anything until 6week measurement.. I know I get sent home in something (with a spare to wash?) - are ladies using a Macom earlier??

Re: is my macom too big?
I'm using my macom for straight after my surgery hun saves having to take loads of different sports bra sizes as the macom works by back size not cup. There super comfy xxx

Re: is my macom too big?
My Macom has just arrived. I am a 34 band so got the medium. It fits nicely round my rib cage but agree I can easily fit 4 fingers under as it is v stretchy. Seems comfy so I'm going to assume the size is ok.

Re: is my macom too big?
great thread, after despairing at the M&S selection (hard and scratchy stitching on the unders..) I purchased my Macom today. Notice they also have DVT stockings which might be handy for flights.
