I wore a button up blouse and leggings to go home in, I have button up the front pj tops. But I have just been sleeping in a sports bra and vest top. I have had no problems moving my arms xx

They'll be ok as long as you can step into them and pull them up, you won't be able to pull a top over your head.

I haven't got any button up pjs either and don't really want to buy some as I won't wear them after the op. I have a couple of zip up hoodies that I can wear at home when recovering but can't decide what to use for the night in the hospital!

Zip up hoodies are fab but I also went and bought a couple of button up long shifts for bed from primark, very cheap and great to sleep in and laze around in with leggings. I was really thankful of them as didn't want to trying to put my arms up above my head. 7 days PO I managed a tshirt with help from my oh but he went out that night and I couldn't get it off, I ended up cutting it off as I couldn't sleep in it and didn't want to injure myself trying to get it off, doh!!!! If you're able to 'step' into them and pull them up and on with lots of stretch so they don't hurt your boobs as you pull up they should be fine. If not you'll have to invest in a couple of items that will be more appropriate for after surgery babe.
If you don't want to PJs or things like that because you won't wear them again and feel they're a waste of money, then a couple of very stretchy vest tops should see you through. You can pick some up for next to nothing in Primark. Maybe get yourself a size bigger than your natural size and ensure the neck is large enough to step into and stretch over your boobs with no problems.
You're going to be needing these for at least a week, so you don't want to be having to struggle with putting T-shirts over head when your arms are so weak and sore when you can make life a lot easier for yourself by spending a few pounds on something you will wear again and will make life easier for you hun. Xx
