im stiff is this normal Empty im stiff is this normal

hi i had my ba on the 26th feb 13 im 3 days post op when i got up this morning im so stiff my left breast feels ok but my right one is killing it feels like a canon ball! it huts to take deep breaths is this normal or have i done too much?

Day 3 is generally the worst day of your recovery hun. All the swelling has kicked in now and that's the reason you're feeling so stiff.

Totally normal lovely. You've nothing at all to worry about and it does start to get better from here. Xx

I was exactly the same babe, I had unders and my bra rubbed me coz it was too big and my swelling was horrid xx
On day 3 I sat and broke my heart, I was in so much pain from my bra rubbing and I couldn't lift my arms and I felt like is made a horrid mistake.
Do not panic lol, it will go down and you will start to feel like you again xx
I'm now on day 7 after a re-op and starting to feel abit normal again xxx

I had a horrible time on day three. The worst day hands down. Day 4 not much better. Then it improved day by day. Right now you feel like your body isn't your own, but it will be soon xxx

you will get over this i Promise i felt exactly the same day 3 - 6 were def my worst days by far,

if you can keep getting up and having little walks around the house and that will ease the stiffness your feeling alittle xx
