Pre boob job dreams and nightmares!

So, four weeks from today I will have hopefully woken up to a pair of DD's! But in the meantime my sub conscience is really freaking me out. I'm having nightly nightmares about my BA going horrifically wrong......here's a little insight.....

Thursday night I dreamt I had come around from my BA. When I sat up in the hospital bed and looked at my new boobs, they were fine, apart from the incision which had been stitched with BUTCHERS STRING!!!!!! I looked like the wife of Frankenstein. Then one of my incisions came open and the implant slid out!!!!! Leaving me with one full boob and one like a popped balloon!

I'm having these freaky dreams all the time.....as if I didn't have enough anxiety issues!!! (I am aware that these dreams are a little extreme and that no surgeon would actually use butchers string for stitching by the way! Lol!)

I had numeros nightmares or even just found myself wakening up to dreams about random sizes. it passes xx

Nightmare pre-BA are so common babe, you only have to type dreams onto the search bar to see many threads of women all having gone through the same lovely.

Its just our anxieties acting out in our dreams so all hun... Don't let them frighten you in any way. Remember they are just dreams and you only have to read the surgery stories some of our lovely ladies leave here for us to read to know that reality is very different Hug

I know ladies.....I would just like to have one dream where everything goes fine and I wake up with fabulous boobs, but hopefully that will be the reality! xxx

I haven't had nightmares but I've dreamt about it ALOT.. One I found quick funny I had had my boobs done and I was dreaming about sleeping and I was trying to keep myself propped up so I was actually doing this in my sleep I kept waking up basically sitting up! Haha prepping myself for what's to come lol xxx

This has started with me too... I am so excited but whenever I try and go to bed I get very anxious and don't want to go to sleep because I know I will start dreaming about what could go wrong! My other half bought me some kalms tablets which is helping but I can't keep taking them as not allowed medication prior to op! Arghh

I didnt have any pre ba but had one the other night. In my dream my boobs had started to drop and fluff and everything was good. Then when i took my top off they were MASSIVE and sagging down to my belly button !

i never had nightmares about getting a BA but everytime when i think i am getting cut open i freak out so bad! maybe i watched too many actual BA procedure videos on youtube >.< my 2nd consultation is on 12-3, havent scheduled a surgery date yet. i am so scared i am gonna chicken out like last time. i know i have been wanting this for a LONG time. how can i overcome this fear??????

for me - the thought of being cut open scares the life out of me, after speaking to my co-ordinator she reassured me that they perform many of these operations daily and pointed out I will be asleep. I guess for me, I know I can't wait to see the end result thats what I am focusing on more. Maybe try thinking about how pleased you will be with the result? and think of the scar as though you fell over drunk one night :)

I don't think I had them before my op but afterwards... my goodness. Horrific! I had one the other day where my bra was covered in blood and I was trying to get my bf to take me to hospital but he kept changing the subject! So I tried to walk there but things kept getting in my way and when I finally arrived there were all these weird lumps hanging out of my boobs and I was covred in massive stretch marks all over my upper body - even my face! I woke up sweating like crazy - eurghh! xxx

I dreamt just before my op I was mum to surrogate twins and had a glass eye I kept losing - Random!

Omg that is weird! Where do we come up with this stuff that's what I wanna know lol! Gonna have a glass of veno tonight hopefully it'll settle brain a bit xx
