Hi ladies, am now 7days post op, everything appears to be ok,feeling fine, although they seem to be getting bigger!! Am not in pain but boobs feeling hard and twingy (pricking), just wondering how yours felt at this stage.

I compare it the feeling you get when your milk comes in and your breastfeeding, when my boobs became sore or engorged then I used to put a savoy cabbage leaf in my bra, instant relief, think its something to do with the enzymes in it. Do you think this might work now, cant think that it would do any harm!

Although it does sound daft I know!!7 days post op 557141 xx

Hi Julie!

I definitely felt prickles at that stage, and still getting them now and then.

I have no idea about the cabbage leaf!! Interesting question though!

Happy recovery!

Thanks Silverpanther, reassuring to know its the norm. Docs and nursing staff really helpful but always think that until you experience yourself you never really know do you?

Have you had a good recovery so far? Must say they,re looking good! xx
