Spray tan!
Finally having my first spray tan in ages on weds!! I'm so happy!!! Had the go ahead from my surgeon but he said cover your scars, should I use plasters? Anyone use anything else? The thought of a plaster ripping off them makes me cringe a little!
Going to have my first bath tomorrow as well lol. Can't believe the things we usually take for granted become such a treat

Re: Spray tan!
I'm desperate for a tan, was thinking surely it'll be ok if I cover the incisions? I'm getting my colour done tomorrow and I need a tan to go with it!

I was soo desperate but I held off as I didn't have any where to go, I'm sure you would be fine with the incisions covered. I was going to wait until 6 weeks but I'm out this weekend and its valentines so I NEED tan!! Lol xx

Re: Spray tan!
I have a friend who does mine every Thursday night so I always have a tan haha! It's by OMG and its 9%.. It's perfectly evan and it fades off rather then go patchy and I scrub it Thursday morning ready for my next one. I'm too frightened of wrinkles and the C word with sunbeds. Xx

Re: Spray tan!
Well have mine done about 7pm at night so its all dried by the time I go to bed and I wash it off in the morning, sometimes it leaves a residue on the sheets or jimjams some times it doesn't, don't know why? I have a scent on the first day but I quite like it, then day 2 on wards I use moisturiser from the body shop that leaves me smelling of cherry all day lol. Never rubs off my clothes after I've washed the base of in the morning xx

Re: Spray tan!
I'm sure it would be ok I think I'd just feel better with them covered until 6 weeks, mine are healing lovely but I've got abit of scabby dry skin under one that I don't want to pick off and tan will stick to that lovely won't it haha xx

Re: Spray tan!
Hey char would steri strips not cover your scars for tan or would it come through them? I was thinking about using these when I get a tan, I put some mouse on last week and avoided my incisions it was great having a colour after being so pasty for weeks haha x
