Spray Tan Before Op
I'm approaching my surgery in 2 weeks and ive been told by my consultant (although not the PS) that a spray tan is fine beforehand (I know I'll feel crap in lots of other ways straight after so was hoping a tan would make me feel better a little at least!) but now having seen previous posts with people saying it's not recommended, I'm confused! Has anyone had one beforehand and was fine?

Re: Spray Tan Before Op
Will a spray tan really make you happy, is it that important? If so just dont have it on your boobs (just in case).
Re: Spray Tan Before Op
By 'consultant' do you mean 'patient co-ordinator' hunni?
If you do, this person has 'no medical training' they are 'sales people' and therefore are NOT qualified to be giving you pre-op instructions hun.
Contact the clinic nurse for your pre-op instructions, they will probably request that your skin be free of of All chemicals, moisturises, oils and lotions hun. xx
