Hi girls, I had my one week check with the nurse at Fitzroy square yesterday. Yesterday and Thursday I've been feeling really great, minimal aching, even round my ribs from the sports bra. So... check went really well, I got the ends of the sutures snipped and the dressings replaced with steri strips and got the go ahead to shower which was great! Scars are healing nicely with only a small amount of bruising.
We went to lakeside today and walked around for a few hours and I am aching soo much today! Probably a que I've done too much!

Already had it! Best thing g ever, I felt rancid after no shower for a week!
