6 months+ post op girls...
Can you sleep flat on your side??? My favourite sleeping position is (or was) sleeping on my side, completely flat on it so sort of 'squashing' the boobs. I used to be able to do it with my 315's but after this BA I don't find it comfy at all, even this amount of time post op. Is there a knack to it, maybe leaning the boobs on a pillow instead of flat on the mattress or am I destined to sleep on my back/my side at an angle forever?

I have been able to manage it for quite a while, maybe keep giving it a try and eventually it may feel comfy.

I know exactly what you mean princess, with my old implants I got get comfy however I slept but these are sooo much bigger and kinda get in the way! I find sleeping in my sports bra with a rolled up sock between, and hugging my v pillow leaning into it and the support of the sock and pillow takes the impact off my boobs which are still pretty hard ! Xx

Yup, this is how I made the transition too but I used a kush instead socks. Socks are just fine though.
When you cuddle your V-Pillow you can sort of create a gap for your bottom boob to fall into fall into so there's no pressure it. So you get to side sleep comfortably without the pressure.
Gotta love ya V-Pillow!

Yes my hubbys often wondering why he seems to now only have single socks in his drawer...!!
Yep the gap for your boobs to fall into thats how it's done, they feel 'weightless' like that (well sort of you know what I mean!)
And yep my v pillow is my best friend, it's seen me through pregnancy, feeding, and I've slept with one for years now.. I used to sleep sitting up with the awful pregancy heartburn..! X

What size implants do you have Princess? Oddly, I know I'm only 4half months PO with 380 but I have been able to sleep on my side for a few months now! Is it because I have smaller implants? Sometimes I worry I'll damage them, lol

I was also going to ask what size implants you have babe? xxx
I havent had problems sleeping at all, only at first when it took 2 months to get used to never sleeping on my front again lol I was too worried about hurting them so learnt to sleep on my side with pillows and leg pillows...(I also didnt get a v pillow lol)

I've got 495's. Quite big for my tiny little body lol so that's probably why it's not comfy like it was with my 315's! I dunno x

Your probably right hun.
I had bigger implants for my first BA, but more room in my boob. Since having smaller implants and an uplift to tighten the skin, I can no longer sleep on my tummy like I used to very comfortably. Now when I'm on my tummy I actually feel two balls underneath me lol.
Strange isn't it, 'cos the skin gets just as stretched around the first implant...
