help with choosing clinic in UK for BA
Hello Girls
I,m in Dublin but ready for BA at last the piggy bank is full enough !
I have not been able to find a clinic in Norhtern Ireland that I am happy with so far so considering travelling to uk, open to all areas
I need a BA from empty 36a to a 36 D hopefully without an uplift as I have been told I am borderline for a lift.
Would really appreciate advice pics or suggestions
Thanks

Re: help with choosing clinic in UK for BA
Welcome to Breast Buddies Ruth.
I've already responded to your other thread so not sure if you've already seen the surgeon on there?
But if we're to come to the UK then I'd personally recommend Mr Douglas McGeorge, he's an excellent surgeon, I've seen a lot of his work and its ALL good as well having the opportunity to be able to sit in on a consultation with him and seeing how he advises.
I would say however that if you can have your surgery closer to home, it would probably be best hun. Your surgeons care doesn't stop after your operation hun, it then requires you to have a wound check at around a week to ten days, then if the wound hasn't fully healed, you go back again the next week, then again at 12 weeks then again at 6 months and that's just if all goes smoothly!
If you were unfortunate to have a complication, you have to consider the down sides of not having your surgeon to turn to when you need them.... You could see medical attention from your doctor, but they're not plastic surgeons and their advise would only be general advise rather than being specific to the actual surgery you had.
Sorry to possibly put a downer on things Ruth but I believe its best to be prepared for every eventuality before making any decisions. Xx
