Yes send an email hun and tell her she needs to bring herself up to date with the current terms and conditions stated in your paperwork and her actions caused unnessary upset and panic.

As for the other half, men are like children and act like them.. They act spoilt, hard done by and spit the dummy out. They need a bit of guidance and help and reassurance just like children!
