Re: April Buddies
I highly recommend writing down what pills you take! I did this cos I was high as a kite and didn't want to take too many by mistake - and I wrote out when I could take the next ones so it was easy to just manage my meds without too much effort or thought!!!!!

Re: April Buddies
My nurse wrote the times of my pills on each pack, she was trying to tell me in hospital, in the end I got her to write them down. Can't believe she expected me to remember them when I was out of my face!
I didnt drive in the end, was too scared so I walked to my local shop for some fresh air! My ached a bit after though ... x

Re: April Buddies
Mine are aching quite a bit right now :( I'm ok til about 3pm then I just really want to go home! Not in pain really just tired and uncomfy!
As this put me in a grumpy mood I decided to book in to have my hair done after work on friday as I am going out for dinner to celebrate my new job/boobs and I don't want to look pants and nor do I think I can cope with the idea of doing it myself feeling like this.

As promised this is the picture that i took into my consultation of the woman with the 40C boobs that i wanted (be warned she is topless in the link)

Re: April Buddies
Littlemiss hi thanks for the questions/answers from the PS! Did u get the job then??!!!
Loclo hope u have recovered from bathtime! I can imagine how hard it is not to do stuff, especially when the wee ones want Mummy! I know u said u think ur boobs look smaller now the swelling has gone down, I read a post by Cookie about that, and she said some girls do feel that but then when u get used to your new size again u adjust and feel good about them again.
Jodie I like that sports bra! And u r looking fab in it!
I had my preop today. Anyone know what they r testing for with urine sample? Also had MRSA swabs. Measured for stockings too lol! Thinking it will be my luck they find something to stop me having the surgery! Height, weight, pulse, big long health questionaire etc also. She said she thought a 36band that I bought for swelling will be too big but a 34 should be fine although I will likely be a smaller band size when I get measured after 6 wk check. I have to fast from 8am, then admission is 12 and op at 2!!!!!!
My dad took me to and from the appt, I am so grateful and relieved he is so on board and not giving me any lectures/opinions etc! x

Re: April Buddies
Hi everyone, well done all you ladies who now have your boobies, sounds like you are all very happy and getting along quite well. I can't believe I will be joining you in a few days, Balamory I think I'm sharing your day. Hope you are excited,Good luck. I'm looking forward to it now, but came very close to backing out last week. Reading some of the more positive posts on here and a good chat with the Nurse helped me a lot and I'm very greatful for that, so thanks everyone. Good luck to all you girls who are waiting to go for your big day & to those who have already had the pleasure hope you continue to recover well xxx

Re: April Buddies
Yay girls - we have a massive boob fest coming up - seems there are loads of us having our BAs soon.
I am 5 days away - yikes! Have made no preparation with housework/food etc - I am just sooo rubbish but decided to make the most of being able to lift my girls for the last few days - going to be so hard to not cuddle/feed/look after them for a few days or even weeks. How cares less if my washing is up to date really?
I have just had a lovely meal with a good friend who had some great news as is pregnant! Tried to reign back the boob talk (although she was very interested) and am a bit embarrassed now as as I left her she said she'd call me on weds to see how the op etc went and i said 'oh brilliant - i'll send you my before and after pictures' and she said 'umm yeah thanks'. I forgot that normal people don't scour the internet all day for 500cc anatomical boob pictures! What a wally!
Balamory - great pic and would never think that was 40C - That looks like a golden oldie photo - where did you find it?! (or am I being stupid and thats someone really famous?!)

Guard! Yes we are odd in that sense and have got so used to it here among ourselves! I do still find it a bit odd when people want to see my boobies.
My mataland sports bras have been spot on for my needs and really quite comfy given their job! They are 20% off at the moment with this code and can be ordered on line in black and white: -

9 weeks til my two week holiday in Mallorca!
Cannot wait to get the twins in a bikini.
Also – my OH has started calling me jugasaurus rex. I am concerned at
the extent of his amusement and feel this may stick – or worse still just
become ‘rex’ lol

Okay Iam going to get personal here. Have any of you ladies done the deed yet
I tell you why, because hopefully by the time I get home with my new ones my hubby should be home. Hes only home for 4 weeks out of every 14 so we kinda like to make up for time missed if you get what I mean. Just wondering how long if at all we need to go without..

Feeling lots better today as I got a lift to work so a day off from driving!
Ummmm Dora - I attempted it on day 5 - I would wait at least a few more days and erm, go easy!
