Hi all , in recovery can't see them properly but had a peek and a feel and think I will love them already!!! Got 430 unders , medium prof for natural look. Quite sore and back aches but not unbearable.. Got my amazing sister here who is bored and hungry but by my side ... Yay I HAVE BOOBIES !!!!! Stars

Girls, I went into primark the other day and they have some sports bras, medium impact which are only 3 quid. They are seamless and come in small, medium and large, not cup size - on the back it tells you what size to get, dependent on your cup size. The cups are stretchy.Though seamless might be good as less to dig in! I'm going to take them with me and check they are ok. They were so cheap thought I may as well grab a few! they have black, nude and white. Thought i'd let you pre BA girls know !

Only 9 days! Time goes so quickly, when I booked my date I had 8 weeks and now only 3 weeks! Before you know it you'll be sitting all dressed up in your sexy stockings and gown to go to theatre! oooh, I will get some more of bras from there. I did get a Macom one of ebay, seems silly to spend loads like the nurse said. I'm getting a bit nervous now, I think being a nurse and knowing more (not about BA's mind) about the anaesthetic etc I keeping imagining all sorts! The team seem excellent though and just the though of finally having boobies brings the excitement back! It's a strange feeling never having boobs to know i'll have something there other than mosquito bites!!!! I'm excited for everyone here who is going! X

I'm more excited than nervous at the moment but that will change on Saturday night I wont be able to sleep a wink I bet x Yeah cannot wait for it to be done so I can get on with my new hopefully perfect breasts haha x Cannot wait for the stockings and gown im going to look a messs no make up either help

Lol Will all be worth it when we have the confidence and contentment with ourselves x

Just saw, you're in London too! I decided to go with mybreast in the end, my surgeon is Simon Withey. It's good to ask stuff! Everyone is so lovely on here! It's amazing to be able to have people who have been through it already there, to ask questions and get advice! It's really help me, think being informed makes you feel better, knowing a little of what to expect too. There are so many things to know about!

I look awful without make up! But they don't care! I was thinking about getting my eyelashes and eyebrows tinted, haha :) If I don't wear make up to work everyone always asks if i'm, if i'm ill! I have a feeling when I wake up from the anaesthetic i'm going to be one of those shouty people, not wake up al sleepy and lovely! I bet i'll swear!

Haha ahhh thats ok im sure they are used to all sorts, i will deffo cry and ask for my fiance haha soppy cow I am, but yes its been helpful so far, was on so feminine too but so many people ask for other women's pictures I wouldn't feel too comfortable giving mine I'm sure 70% are pervy men behind fake accounts. Yeah Im going to get brows lashes done the saturday so all fresh for early Sunday morning x Only have 10 days off work so little worried hope that's enough x How many days do you have off?

Haha :) They have seen it all! I'll be to one of the extremes! cry or shout!!! What day to you go in? I'm on a friday.

I went on so feminine 1st, didn't think it was as friendly, like you said everyone just wanting to see pics rather than advice and chat. It was somebody on there who was post BA who told me about this place. Have to be careful with pics. I am going to take some pics, for myself to see the changes too - Hard to see when you are looking everyday.

I am having just over 2 weeks off. My PS advised this was best because of my job. I work in gynaecology and obstetrics, so lots of people recovering from surgery etc and the shifts are long / very busy. Did you PS advise you? he said if you have a job where you can sit down and aren't doing anything manual, lifting etc a week would have been ok.

I do reception so Its quite easy going just have to lift heavy post bags sometimes but I have someone that will help me when im back. Should be ok x h yeah two weeks sounds good for you.

I'm day too, Yeah V pillow few sports bras arnica throat sweets pain killers, I know they give you some but just in-case I need more ha ha x I have dry shampoo too lol that's deffo going to be needed x Going to get pampered on the Saturday so im ready for slummin it for a few days x brows threaded n tinted pedicure etc lol x Exciting stuff x

Just back from the salon. Was worried this would be a bit of a mission but it was LOVELY! I feel like a new woman! Its nice not to look like a bed ridden hobo for the first time since Tuesday!

Good luck Lottie! You must be very excited! Be as prepared as you can! I know its hard with the nerves but its really not so bad :)

Lol Thanks Lottie. I will update my Avi again shortly as this was on the day!
I have to say I have not been in any pain! Mild discomfort maybe but that's more the puffy stretched tender sort of feeling. That was my big fear after the GA. Its not what I expected at all. I am a bit of a wuss!
Have a flick back through April Buddies this week and you will see me and Loclo have had an amazing experience! That will put your mind at ease a bit! I am baffled! Just taking it reallllllyyyy easy and gentle and I was really well prepared before so I didn't have to over do it x

Jodie i also bought hibiscrub to shower in. Be careful with nail varnish etc cos they need your fingers clear for the sats machine to pick up a reading =] you excited now? Had any nerves at all? Do many know that you're getting it done? x

My dressingg are itching me like mad, their so annoying!!! Littlemiss I bet your hair feels amazeballs. Ive not washed my hair since Tuesday, its feels so gross and dry shampoo really isnt doing the job at all. My hair washing will commence from tomorrow, Ill be on a right old mission! x

Thank you all for the well wishes and replies, it's special :) @ballmory thank you I was wondering about an anti bacterial wash for my first shower etc and hibi scrub sounds perfect ! I only told a small handful of very close friends and my mum... That's all. Think my dad would go nuts even though I'm 33 lol .
So far I've managed to stick to the paracetamol and brufen and avoiding tramadol if I can help it as it does have side effects that I don't fancy. Hope my first sleep with boobs is ok, travelling back to uk tomoro via euro star. Night everyone x ps my hair is already dirty so dry hair shampoo tomoro for journey lol xx
