Morning ladies

2 weeks today I will be checking in at Nuffield, Eeeeeeeek! What should I be doing now to prepare? I haven't drunk for a few weeks, I don't smoke, ive managed to put on 8lbs (that makes me 8st1lb I need to get on a few pounds lol), should I moisturise or use bio oil? Is there anything else I should be doing?

Bio oil is a must :) Espesh if your skin hasn't been stretched from pregnancy before. I didn't do anything else to prep as like you I dnt smoke & rarely drink xox

I think you are doing the right thing littlewellies, just keep a healthy diet and do some sport so you are at your best shape and health before going into surgery, I didnt use the bio oil pre op but it's a good idea to start applying it now so you avoid any kind of stretch marks!

Another thing you want to try in addition to what the girls have said is strengthening your tummy muscles! Trust me, you'll need strong tummy muscles for after your BA to help you with the bum shuffle when you have to try and get up from laying to sitting without the use of your arms lol

I was told to wash using tea tree shower gel as its a natural antibiotic/anti septic and will get rid of anything on ur skin before the op. xx

Yeh I got simple shower gel for the same reason, wish I'd done the tummy workout I still ache! Think everything your doing is perfect, get things around the house in easy reach, I got a few extra plug socket extensions as bending and twisting was a no no!! How exciting for you Stars xx

yeah def get a few sit ups in and get those muscles ready you need it lol and bio oil bio oil bio oil!!!

oh and enjoy some baths before you cant have any lol

cant believe its 14 days til you head in its came round so so quick xx
