Random bruise and ouchy
Suddenly today the top of my right breast is very painful and bruised... Pulled muscle painful - I swept the snow off my car yesterday which could explain the pain but not the random bruise! It's extremely painful.. Like I am debating taking pain killers painful

Ouchy!! It's so easily done. One min I feel normal and do all sorts then the next I'm in bed nodding off feeling like I been boxing ha xx

I think if I had unexplained bruising coming out 9 days post-op you should give your clinic a call and just ask their advice sweetness. Xx

What about bruising on your ribs at 10days? Xx

Re: Random bruise and ouchy
Its normal for ribs to be bruised and painful after surgery Char and they turn every colour of the rainbow! But I don't think I've ever seen bruising on the 'top' of the breast after a BA.
But that's just from my own experience. Its probably normal, but with it not being 'common' I would personally just ask about a bruise 9 days post-op on the top of the breast. Xx

Hi I've had a bruise on the top of my breast since around 2 days post op I'm now over 3 weeks and still have it, its turning yellow now, I just assumed its because my right had more trauma in theatre, should I contact my clinic x

Re: Random bruise and ouchy
You can directly relate your bruise to your BA lovely, so I wouldn't worry.
I only suggested kuru call her clinic because the pain and the bruise were sudden hun, like I said, its probably nothing, but if I had sudden pain and and bruise suddenly appear with it 9 days post-op I personally think just checking with the clinic all is well, which it probably is, but would be the best thing to do. Xx

Re: Random bruise and ouchy
It was there when I went this morning and the nurse said all was ok. I mentioned the pain in that breast and said it felt muscular (which it does coz I move my arm and get an ouchy). I really didn't bruise at all other than in the middle of one breast but noticed today bruising coming out where my drains were.. Seems late for bruises. I've got 2 bras on so they don't move anyway.
I do bruise easily so I suppose it could be delayed from being pulled about on the table.
