I can't sleep during the day either. I wonder if its because I'm not doing as much as usual either. Going to key the dogs out for one last wee and hit the sack I think!

It really does take it out of you for the first week, just have naps when you need them, especially if you can't sleep properly through the night.

Awwww, it does seem like the little things like washing your hair is such a big deal doesn't it right after your BA and like you say, it does exhaust you. But i bet you feel so much better for that hair wash don't you! Lol.

Hope you get a better sleep tonight lovely Hug xx

I rememeber the exhaustion in the early days. Simple things would knacker me out. It didn't last long though so there is a light at the end of the tunnel. I think I was about a week or 2 post op and went food shopping and just walking around the supermarket (no lifting) at super snail pace was such a chore! I had to stop and have breaks and then came back and crashed on the settee! xx

I feel so pathetic lol my hair is now a curly mess. Going to attack it with ghd later if I can. I think I'm the problem, I was so rough afterwards for 10 days, could barely move and I'm near enough pain free now I feel like I should be doing more. I've kept up with my washing.. But going to have to ask for someone to come and change my end covers. Times like this I wish I had a OH :(

I feel your pain! There's so many things I was unprepared for. I get my niece or my daughter to wash and dry my hair for me while I lean over the bath and hold onto my new boobs for dear life, haha! Is there anyone you could get to do this for you? I dont have another half either, it's hard isn't it. I had my best friend round to shave my armpits for me while I held a towel against my dressings, thats what best friends are for!! It wont be long and you'll be able to shower and do normal things for yourself. When I start to feel fed up, I just cup my boobs and grin Exhausted 773440

I'm looking forward to a long soak in the bath too, it'll be heaven! x
