Hi so this would be for people post op, I had my 10 day appointment to have dressings off , then I had my 6 week check with ps and nurse but ps said he won't see me now until a year the nurse didn't say anytime to see me. I've seen so many people on here going on about a 12 week check should I be getting one? Xx

It depends on the surgeon, I have one at 4 weeks and I will ask for 12 weeks too but I did have complications before. If you want one then make one! They can't refuse you (well they an like mine did but lol)

I've seen nurse at ten days and 6 weeks and seeing surgeon at 12 weeks but if you've already seen him and he thought everything was fine there probably wouldn't be any need to see him again at 12 weeks xx

It's different in US I think, I did 2 weeks, 3 months, 6 months and 1 year. And then was told to come back if I ever had any problems or concerns.
I agree, if you want to go in, just call and tell them, they definitely should see you!

then it says

8 weeks surgeon
12 weeks surgeon
16 weeks surgeon
6 month surgeon
12 month surgeon
email or call Rosshall for any worries questions inbetween. but tbh im not gping to all they appointments if not needed. he booked me in cause i had unders and he struggled to get them in and like you all know im very swollen and still high up. so think its mpre to put me at ease lol xx

Don't worry about other people hun.. Different surgeons, different surgery plan for the individual will all result in different post-op instruction, so as long as you just follow your own surgeons instruction you do just fine babe.

Your surgeon is obviously really pleased with your healing for not wanting to see you now till you're a year post-op Thumbsup

If you ever wanted to see him befor the year is out though for whatever reason you will be able to hun by just simply booking to see him early if you feel you need to. Xx
