I think I could possibly manage my left side and this would be bliss as that's how I normally sleep. Does it not cause any damage then? Thought sleeping on my side would not help the implant to settle in it's pocket!
How do I know when I'm not swollen? X

It's for the swelling you shouldn't do any damage, I was give the all clear at day 10 to to flat but I had gone the night before because I was soo uncomfortable xx

I was told to try and sleep propped up on my back for 2 weeks its all to help swelling if you lie on your side the swelling will move to which ever side your sleeping on but easier said than done lol if the nurse has said it's ok on your side then it's fine xx

Its always best to have your first check with your clinic nurse/surgeon first lovely. You may feel swelling has gone down a lot, your clinic nurse or surgeon however maybe feel you have a lot left to go and the general consensus is to give it at least 2 weeks lovely. Xx
