Lumpy Empty Lumpy

Hi was wondering if anyone else has this, underneath my right boob has a little hard lump, it is under my scar on the crease of my boob, does anyone know what this can be x

Ah hopefully nothing to worry about how are u feeling now tink? My left has dropped and all the swelling has gone but my right is still really high up and a bit sore and looks bigger than my left am hoping it is just still swelling it is also the right side that has the lump x

Lumps can be either scar tissue or knots in the stitching Hun, nothing to worry about x
