More pain in the evening
I feel worst in the evening, like 10 times more painful it's my incisions mostly. Is this normal? And why could this be? X

Re: More pain in the evening
I always felt like my bra band was too tight in the evening. I didn't rest as well as I should've in the early days and did ache and have soreness around my incisions. Can be a sign that you need to slow down. X

Its normal hun, its like when you have a cold your body is more tired as its been working all day so you feel worse. You're only a couple of days post op, so try and rest, have a nap during the day if you can. Your body heals whilst you are sleeping.

Re: More pain in the evening
I definitely feel loads better this morning but I don't want to start doing bits as I might go backwards! My bra strap felt mega tight last night and the evening before but believe me I've hardly done a thing x

Re: More pain in the evening
This is very normal, some days my incisions would feel fine and by the evening they would be burning agony. It will wear off soon. This is when I struggled xx

Re: More pain in the evening
Totally normal hunny, as the day goes on you swell more and ache more from even just being up and doing little things . Keep on top of your pain meds, use ice packs to reduce swelling and help with pain for instant relief.
Maybe buy a bigger band sports bra just for evening so it's not as tight x
Try to eat well with lots of protein to promote healing babe and just take each day as it comes. It does get better xxx
