Cotton Knickers???? Empty Cotton Knickers????

Forgive me for my ignorance but why do I need to wear cotton knickers?? My letter (all I have btw lol) states to being cotton knickers.. I didn't wear them before lol I am now going out to buy some lol I was taking my £1 for 5 primarni specials just incase they get ruined (image of drain leaking onto posh cotton knickers in my head).

I wore cotton knickers and still had to wear the ugly paper ones down to surgery grr lol xx

Other fibres aside from cotton are considered a conductor and could be dangerous in surgery so 100% cotton knickers only.

I wore the paper one provided by the clinic. X

I went and got some today... M&s kids section because the others come up under your boobs hahaha!

I would be traumatised by wearing none OMG what if they had a look lol

I've bought some really sexy white cotton ones from primark but I'd be more than happy to wear paper ones if need be! Xx
