insitions painful

morning my boobs are def beginning to drop. still very hard and my insitions are so painf is that maybe because my boobs are dropping down further onto them xx

I would ensure you are wearing an extremely supportive bra is your boobs are dropping this early. This should make sure they don't rub too much on the incisions. I know cookie recommends cotton wool padding or a sanitary towel over the incision to stop the bra rubbing. This should help any discomfort you have.

my bra is really tight i worry its too tight though. can it be? should they not be dropping just now xx

Is it the bra that is tight or the band that feels tight? They can drop at anytime hun. There is no set time limit.

I would think it is just the swelling at the moment which is making the bra feel uncomfortable. However if you feel the band is too tight and you don't want to go buy another bra (especially in the crazines of the sales) you can always cut up an old bra to extend the one you're wearing if it's back fastening. If that feels like you aren't getting enough support try padding all around the band with cotton wool to ease that digging in feeling.

I'd go with cushioning your incisions from your bra band irritate them with a panty liner or sanitary towel babe (sticky side against your bra). The pressure of the band can sometimes make your incisions sore Tink so the cushion does help protect from that. Xx

i have my dressings off and just steristrips and was glues they feel like their throbbing but boobies are starting to resemble boobies lol still got alot of changes thoughxx

It's fine to cushion the steritrips Tink. It won't do them any harm and will help with the throbbing babe. It's caused by the pressure from your bra band. The cushioning helps to make that better for you. Xx
