Ok, so clearly I am stressing as tomorrow is the big day... My body is obviously stressing too as my time of the month has come along 6 days early.
Stupid question but how does this work with surgery. I'm sure the nurse said I can keep my undies on, but some give you funny plastic ones to wear don't they?
I'm more of a tampon girl but will i be OK with that? should I let them know? Do they put any kind of catheter or anything on you when you're asleep incase you need a wee??
Sorry for the grossness of this subject and the detail but I've never even thought of this before!
xx

You won't be able to wear a tampon in surgery hun, but you can take your own sanitary towel. They give you pair of paper knickers to wear and the pad goes in those.. As soon as you're able after surgery you can pop your tampon back in. It's not a problem at all sweetness.

No catheters needed either... You're only away for about an hour hun. Xx
