Are you new boobs symmetrical?
Are you new boobs symmetrical?
Are you new boobs symmetrical?
I was told by my PS that they weren't symmetrical beforehand so he told me to be aware one of my nips may point slightly further than the other, but after my BA I think I look pretty symmetrical.
How about you girlies?

Re: Are you new boobs symmetrical?
I put 'No-they weren't before' i dont think anyones boobs are symmetrical tbh, my left nipple is 2mm lower than the right and my leftie is a bit bigger that my right but they're better than they were!! After the breast augmentation the little differences are more noticable too x
Re: Are you new boobs symmetrical?
i put no-they were't before.my surgeon pointed out to me that my boobs were different from each other and that having a BA may emphasise(spelling!) this+i think it has done! BUT i much prefer my boobs now and would do it all again in a flash! Xx

Re: Are you new boobs symmetrical?
My left boob was always slightly bigger than my right, and still is now. When I say "slightly", I mean slightly ... there was so little there that a little difference was noticeable!!
Now that I've had my BA, I don't think it's as noticeable. I think only I can notice the difference, but not entirely sure about this as I don't really go round flashing them!!!

Re: Are you new boobs symmetrical?
I put 'no they weren't before'. My ps pointed out the asymmetery I had and made it clear that it would remain after ba. I have got 1 nipple slightly higher than the other, which I had never noticed before. It is more noticeable now, but after years of waiting I have finally got boobies, so I can put with with wonky nipples !

Re: Are you new boobs symmetrical?
My boobs look the same (apart from my left nipple being slightly off centre) but as for where they're placed on my chest I'd say they're symmertrical. Never really thought of this. I have slightly puffy nipples too so if the left one strays off to the side with implants it'll be obvious! Hope this doesn't happen

Re: Are you new boobs symmetrical?
I put no they werent before. I didnt have any boobs to speak of before but looking at my pre op pics the right 'boob' looks a little higher than the left, id never noticed as didnt look at my chest!
My ps didnt say i had asymmetry, but my boobs are not 100% symmetrical. Nobody's are and no one can notice so all good :) xx

Re: Are you new boobs symmetrical?
I think having asymmetrical boobs makes them look more natural... if that makes sense. Like having a 100% perfect pair would look strange, a bit like Barbie

Totally, didn't think of that. Thats why your boobs are unique! Even me with my puffy off centre nipples hehehe

Re: Are you new boobs symmetrical?
Is it your nipples or the size? My nipple was slightly higher than the other and now its really quite obvious. I'll change your vote hun x
Re: Are you new boobs symmetrical?
hi hunni,
one of my nipples points slightly outwards and the other one doesnt and also one of my rib cages sticks out more than the other one which makes the breast look slighly larger but its not.
ps said this usualy happens when (the bigger rib thing) you have a bendy spine or back trouble, he examined my back and said it was fine.
i never noticed it b4 until ps pointed it out and hubby said he had noticed but didnt realise that i wasnt aware of it lol.
thanks for changing my vote huni.
hugs

Re: Are you new boobs symmetrical?
Yes one of mine points outwards more too, its funny how for some women a ba helps to make their boobs more symmetrical (one bigger than the other etc) but for me it highlighted the asymmetry-not fair!! lol x
Re: Are you new boobs symmetrical?
yes ps said mine would stand out a little more, but i just want boobs soo i dont care haha.nads wrote:Yes one of mine points outwards more too, its funny how for some women a ba helps to make their boobs more symmetrical (one bigger than the other etc) but for me it highlighted the asymmetry-not fair!! lol x
well i guess i will find out tomorrow!!!!!!!
mr kazzazi uses lots of strapping so i will only see my nipples for 6 days!!!!
i guess i wont really know if they are still asymmetrical until they have settled, will i??

Re: Are you new boobs symmetrical?
IVe put no- they werent before.....& they definately arent now, im actually feeling quite down about it at the mo, so im trying not to look at them too much.
I knew before my BA that was boobs werent symmetrical, but thought it was because one was bigger than the other. My PS was really great pointing out the differences, he said there was more of a shape difference than size, so having different sized implants wouldnt correct that. My right one is slighly "droopier" as he said than the left & this is more obvious since having my BA.
My right areola is also 1cm bigger than my left & the width of each breast is different....oh & my right nipple/areola is also lower than my left by quite a bit. Im making myself feel rubbish writing this
At the mo im having days of wishing i had the right uplifted....but when i saw PS last week he said basically it would have been a lot of scarring etc for a minimal result(not as blunt as that obviously)
Ok thats enough of me going on about it...so not theyre not symmetrical at all!!!

Sorry you've been feeling down about your boobs hun we all get that sometimes, remember noones boobs are symmetrical. Most women have one nipple bigger than the other, one bigger, one smaller etc its natural. I think if boobs were 100& symmetrical would look strange and airbrushed, i bet you look fab!
Maybe look at some pre op pics, i was the other day and i suddenly felt much better about my new boobies!!!
Re: Are you new boobs symmetrical?
ah thanks Nads Im really am feeling bad about them at the mo & i realy cant tell anyone close to me because theyll just start going mad at me for going through the whole thing & being...i dont even want to say it...."disappointed". Im not but i just think i had such high expectations & now although i do feel 100% better about myself, its not been quite was i was hoping for. It is because they look so different from each other.
But then maybe like i said im looking at them too much & trying to find all the differences.
(we need a crying emoticon)
I think i need some one to shake me & stop telling me to be stupid!

Re: Are you new boobs symmetrical?
Aw hun, dont bottle it up you can always come and have a moan on here (you know i do!) you know i'd love to see your pics, maybe putting some up could give you some reassurance as the girls are always honest, it really helped me see that mine werent as big as i thought. But i know it can be hard for some to post piccies which is fine.
If they are really different and you're really not happy i would go and talk to my ps about it, tell him your concerns hun you paid alot and you should be happy xxx
