B/A and uplift, will they look symmetrical? Empty B/A and uplift, will they look symmetrical?

Post by AmyD 5th September 2011, 3:23 pm

Hi girls!! I'm new to this site, and feeling more confident already now i have you guys to talk to!! Having a breast uplift and implants, 340cc unders, on october 5th. Noticed a couple of girls are disappointed as they're boobs don't look even, particulary the nipples which are different after the uplift. Now i'm totally panicking that i will have one round nipple on the top of my boob and one oblong nipple at the bottom of the other one!! At the moment i'm a 34c, even breasts.
Has anyone had this done and can reassure me?
Thanks girls shrug

Hi gemari!! From what i've seen, any asymmetries seem to settle down in time. Just the odd occasion i guess where it doesn't. I'm in the same boat though, anything will be an improvement!! Breast fed my 2 girls so now have empty 34c boobs. Hoping for 34dd and perky :-) having 340 unders with the hospital group. If you go to google images, all the pictures of breast uplifts show very even gorgeous boobs. I'm just such a worrier, one bad story and i'm panicking!! Hope i haven't worried you too much, i'm sure ur boobs will look great! x

I must say.. my nips don't look entirely symmetrical. The nipple itself seems to be a little off centre of the areola and one bigger than the other.

Its early days yet, but in the last week, for one reason or another it has become less noticeable and as my nipples have always been quite pale, I'm not too worried.

From the research I have done, this seems to be something that evens out over time. Failing that i'll be asking for some correction...

I shouldn't worry, there are minor downsides and MAJOR BENEFITS! dance x x x x

Samantha bless you, thank you so much for ur reply. Think i just need to prepare myself for the fact that these things are going to take time, before i can judge anyway... but at the end of the day you're right. MAJOR benefits! Can't wait! Bring it on!

hey amyD i think sometimes the disapointment comes from the surgeon doing the job, some surgeons are just good at straight ba and some have worked in reconstructive surgery so are more highly skilled to do the more complex ops like these xx

Thats right Amy, think positively Girl! I chose the best surgeon i could and they look great. I hated the look of them before, and i love them now. If the nips don't even out, then i will just learn to love my quirky nipple. I wanted to feel more confident in my clothes, and whilst i'm still in a sports bra, i've achieved my goal. What more could i ask for?! Best of luck sweetheart, i hope you get the boobs you crave! xx
