Advice please:)

Ok, as you probably know I live in Shanghai and Asian ladies are usually very small up top hense no shops here stock bra's ( even sports bras) in t larger sizes. I bought myself a couple of PO sports bra's on line weeks ago but the last few days they've just been feeling really tight and almost painful. Anyway, I'm back in the uk on Saturday and was wondering would it be more harmful to keep squeezing them into something too small maybe pushing them out of shape or let them just be free for a couple of days with no support??

They aren't going to forced out of shape babe.

You're best to keep wearing them if you've been advised to for 24/7 for a specified time babe as your surgeon thinks your boobs 'need' to be supported through this time.

You can get yourself through by cutting the fastening from an old bra and adding it to your sports bra to act as a bra extender until you can come and get fitted for new ones babe.

You don't have to sit in pain lovely and nor should you babe Hug
