saunas Empty saunas

hi all

Im a sauna freak it helps with my skin and we have one in the gym that i work in so its free so I use it 2 - 3 times a week

i have been reading online lots of diff advice about a sauna after a BA some say yes others say no also how hot is too hot for the bath water, could hot water/sauna damage the implants? xx

You're fine to use them after getting the all clear from your surgeon for your boobs babe. After that just treat your boobs as you would your natural ones.

Don't use them before getting the all clear though as you will still be at risk of infection and a sauna is a perfect breeding ground for bacteria. Xx
