Wonky boob sadness!
Hi Ladies,
Thought i'd let you all know what's been going on with me.......
Well my boobs were very slightly asymmetrical pre-op, but 2 surgeons i saw (and the one i chose) all advised that i wouldn't need different sized implants, as it may make the smaller one bigger....
They healed at different rates, so i wasn't that worried, although i was aware that lefty seemed less full than righty.
Well now 2 months on there's a definite difference in size and shape, the bigger one is larger, has more volume and points outwards more!
I had prepared myself for a slight difference, however to me and others it is really noticeable, and some days i really feel like i don't like them!
I'm finding it really difficult because i much prefer the size to what i had before and they good in clothes, however the main reason i had them done, was to look and feel better naked, which i'm now not! Sometimes i think i shouldn't have had them done, and its my own fault, as now i'm obsessing over them.
I'm due to see Mr M on the 22nd for my 3 month check and i will raise my concerns with him and get him to note it all down, but i really don't see what can be done, as he did tell me that there could be asymmetry still, although i wasn't aware that it would be a bigger difference than i had with small boobs!
Sorry for the essay ladies, I just needed to get that off my chest!! (love the pun! lol) and no one else would understand how I'm feeling.

Re: Wonky boob sadness!
I had this exact problem after my 1st BA, it never did improve. I got it corrected somewhat after my 2nd BA although my boobs are still not 100% symmetrical. (but then who's are?) They never were pre op, so I don't expect a miracle. I'm happy with mine now though :) the difference is probably worse to you than it is to others looking at you x

Re: Wonky boob sadness!
Aww no please don't be sad!! From what i've seen of your pictures they look absolutely amazing! If i hadn't been talking to you pre-op i would never have believed that you had implants! They really do look stunning and i'll be honest when i say that they're one of the best post op i've seen and honest to God i cannot see any difference in them at all! And trust me...i've looked haha. (i know this makes me sound like an ald perv but they really are just amazing). Take it up with Mr M tho as you say and see what he thinks, but remember everyone has one boob bigger than the other anyway x x x x x x x x x x x
Re: Wonky boob sadness!
Yeah I had to pay all over again, but it wasn't just because of my wonkiness, I had PIP's x

Re: Wonky boob sadness!
I'm really sorry to hear this, I had bad asymmetry before my op so I know what a knock it can have on your confidence! I had two different sized implants and still have a very slight difference but it isn't significant enough to be noticeable. If you're unhappy definitely make this clear and ensure your surgeon is aware and it's in your notes! You paid enough money you should be happy with your results! x
