When I lift my arms in the air or do a lot of stretching I can feel the implants move. Not a massive amount but they definately move. Is this normal or should they stay rigid?

I'm not sure hun, do you think it might be that they're softening up and that could be why? :smiler: x

At 2 months post-op, although I haven't felt my own implants moving I have heard of others experiencing this and as the implant setlles more into the breast pocket it does settle down lovely. Xx

I had it a little while ago, didn't like the sensation at all , and it was all the time. I haven't had it in about the last 10 days. It seems quite common in the early days.

My surgeon mentioned that this could happen after my surgery, and said basically what cookie said as well, that it was normal until the implant settles into the pocket, so I don't think you should worry xx

I've felt it from the start but as I am moving more now I am really aware of it! I just wondered if its normal with polyurethane implants as they are suppossed to adhere to the pocket and they are not suppossed to move but I dont know what is normal as I would expect the implants to move a little bit when moving along with the rest of the breast. I feel it whenever my chest muscles are tensing.

If you're still feeling movement babe and its enough to concern you like this I'd make an appointment to see your surgeon and have this noted. In the meantime although you may not want to with just coming out of them it might be best to pop your sportsbra back on to give them some stability to adhere to the pocket. Xxx

I'm still in a support bra Cookie. I am allowed to wear wires for the odd occasion but otherwise I'm still 24/7 in my macom! I am seeing my surgeon on Dec 18th so I will hold out until then but I have a list of things to ask her! There is the movement, the dent that I still have in my left breast (although no where near as bad now) and some redundant skin (like dog ears that you get at the end of scars sometimes) that I want removing and then the issue of the skin in my cleavage tenting. Hopefully it all eaither normal or will get sorted easily. I just cant wait to see her now!!

LOL. Do ensure all your concerns are written by your surgeon in your notes babe. This is so important. The notes your surgeon writes are what will referred to later if you remain unhappy sweetie. Xx
