HMG update!!
UPDATE-
I have just spoken to the administrators dealing with HMG.
They are not ceasing. Part of the group has been sold but the company will continue as HMG and has no plans to fold.
All surgery and after care packages will continue as agreed and they are still running as normal.
Part of the arrangement of the sale was to ensure all surgery booked under existing reg number is carried out with the full after care package!
Feel so much better!
The administrator can't lie..... This is a restructure not a closure

Re: HMG update!!
hi All,
For those of you who are concerned about HMG i thought i would update you on what i have found out.
HMG were previously owned by 'Harley medical company' they have now been bought out by a company called Aesthetic and cosmetic surgery ltd.
They have a new reg number and a new set of t's and c's which i have had sent to me by my clinic.
Apparently all exisiting after care packages remain the same and any suregy booked in now will continue. No clinics are closing and there will be no change to the service.
Any girl in a similar position to me should maybe do the same as me and contact their clinic and request new t's and c's.
I feel far better knowing all of my paper work is now under the correct trading name and reg number.
I hope this helps :)
Lucy

Re: HMG update!!
Who are Aesthetic & Cosmetic Surgery Ltd? All I could find was one surgeon who called his surgery that, based in Harley Street. But as rich as surgeons may be, would he really be able to buy out HMG? and if the price was cheap enough for a single surgeon to buy HMG are they really going to be able to keep all their surgeries/surgeons and aftercare packages. Are they going to honour their exisiting clients and is the aftercare going to be the same length, same terms and conditions as everyone has already signed. Or will they only honour the aftercare package of their new clients? They do have a history as you well know.
I did check companies house and they've not changed their name or had themselves dissolved, but that might take a few weeks.
I would never want to cause any panic on this forum, and our aim is to remain impartial. What I will say is if you are worried about anything to do with HMG then I would contact them yourself. I know you are only trying to help Lucy, but I would not take the word of someone I don't know. Best thing to do is ease your own mind like lucy has done. Then if anything should go wrong you know you did everything you could.
