Hi I'm fairly new too so I'm not one to start educating lol but until somebody can help on the right hand side you will see "I'm new where do I begin" if you start on the 1st "CLICK ME" and work your way to last it should answer any questions you may have and teach you things you never heard of too

1 what does fluff and drop mean?
I think it's best if I show you rather than try to explain
hard to understand? Dropb10

2 also stats?
The stats we mention on here are usually everyones vital statistics, so their band size, breast size before BA, implant size, resulting size after BA and their clothes size i.e size 8 etc. You can take a look at everyones post op stats here [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

3 have no idea which implants i should be considering?
There are many implants on the Market, at consultations the surgeon should tell you what type of implant they want to use and why. The most comonly used implants are round or tear drop shaped (anatomical) in the UK these are usually textured implants. The common makes are the Allergan ranges and Nagor although there are many others. In each manufacturer they will have a standard implant and their premium ranges which are a bit more expensive.

4 how do I know what size i should be considering?
Your surgeon at a consultation will help you determine what size implant you will need to get your desired look. The best way to get across the look you want to your surgeon is to show him/her pictures of breasts you like, they can be cut out from magazines or printed from the internet.

5 how do i get a price guide of the costs?
Most companies will advertise on their websites a Breast Augmentation starting from £XXX price, although some prefer to give you a quote at a consultation. Some of the larger companies can be haggled with to get the price down.

one of the most important things after picking a surgeon you trust, is the aftercare. After care is how long you will be covered for should a complication arise. Will they re op for free and how many years they will cover you for, some can be a few months others can be up to 10 years. Always read the small print for what they do and don't cover you for.
