Sizing to get to a C cup 250cc? Empty Sizing to get to a C cup 250cc?

Post by miss_vie 6th November 2012, 12:21 pm

Hi everyone,

I had my first consult last week at Spire, going back next wedensday for second appointment.

Im 31 5ft 3 size 6/8 currently a barely there 32a with not much breast tissue at all I would like to achieve a full C cup after my BA.

At my consult I tried a 330cc which looked massive and PS said that he didnt think this would fit anyway, he then gave me a 250cc which looked much more right for my frame but I have to have partial unders so would I loose some of the volume, am thinking of trying something in between when I go back.

Know everyone achieves different sizes but if anyone is similar size to me and had unders/partial unders what cc did you have and what size did you achieve? I think I will try a 280 or 300 and see how they look but just after general opinion :)

It's said you can lose some volume going partially under the muscle Vie but then our other admin nads cancelled out that theory when she had partials then 6 months later changed to overs and remained exactly the same size! If the loss of volume were strictly true, her changing to overs would have increased her breast size, but it didn't.

If you'd like to take a look through everyone's post-op stats to see if you can find someone of similar to yourself with the same sized implant you can take a look [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]. But as you rightly said, we're all different so please do take any you find as general guidance only.

It's good your going back for a second consultation hun. Maybe take some pictures with you this time of the sized boobs you like. Men's mags such as Nuts or Zoo are a good place to look, or you'll find a few links of before and after pics as a sticky for newbies in this section of the forum where you can find pics also.

Taking pics with you helps both yourself and the surgeon to be reading on the same page. You get to actually show what it is you're trying to describe and because your surgeon works in volume (CCs) rather than cup sizes, they get a much better idea of how many CCs it might take to achieve your desired result.

Good luck with the second consultation hun and please do let us know how you get on xx

Hey hun, I am smaller than you now, being a size 4/6 but when I had my op I was about an 8. I wore a 32A/AA but should of been wearing 30 band. I had 265cc unders and am now a 30D/DD depending on the bra an the look I am going for.

Hope this helps xx

Hey, I was a barely there 30A to begin with, size 6 and 315 unders took me to a 30DD so I think you will definitely get your C cup. (my avatar is not my 315's) x

Thanks for all your replies!

Im stuck in that limbo of not wanting too big and not wanting too small. The 330 looked massive and was not the look I was after, felt like I would topple over PS and my boyfriend agreed they was too big. The 250 did look perfect but brian ticking over thinking 'what if they are too small...'

Will definately get some pictures to take to my next consultation, I was so concerned last time about asking the right questions in regards to the implants, surgery, recovery and risks that I didnt take pictures of the look I was after and just told him I want a full C cup. So thats something to add to my homework for my BA :)

I cant really comment on the sizing chick but with regards to the unders and losing volume i shall just share what my surgeon said to me, which was ... 'no that is not correct' ... as simple as that! I questioned and questioned my surgeon about this as if i did loose volume i would of gone for the bigger size but she insisted it wasnt the case! Im not even 3 weeks post op so cant comment personally.

Hope the info is helpful for you :) x

I had 280cc unders 2 weeks ago, pre op 30B, Size 6, 5ft. I just got a sports bra from tesco in a 30DD but its a little too small so going back to get a 30E (32DD as equivelent as they dont have an E i think) which would of taken me up 4 sizes Shocked

Sizing to get to a C cup 250cc? Empty Re: Sizing to get to a C cup 250cc?

Post by Tors 10th December 2012, 3:28 pm

Hi :)

I'm 5'3, size 8 and was 32a (although I think I should have been wearing 30A/B. I told my surgeon that I wanted to be either a full C or small D, and he suggested 260cc overs.

I'm now nearly 4 weeks post op, and have been fitted as 30DD or 32D, but they look perfect on my frame (exactly the look I was after).

Hope this helps!x
