Boobs are a week old today.... Bless.

Soooo in about an hour I'm being picked up to get my dressing sorted out. Not sure what that means but I'm dosing up on meds so it's not too Ouchey.

A week has flown by partly because I've been high as a kite on these meds but partly because I've slept the half of it! Truly out of it. Dunno how I'm gonna cope going back to real life can I stay in the bubble forever?

I still did the rocking turtle technique to get out bed this morning. I also haven't washed my hair in a week so will be donning the baseball cap and teaming it with a zip up hoody Tracky B's and loose fitting trainers which I have come to live in.... I loved them before but now I have an overwhelming urge to wear pretty dresses and do my hair... It's only because I can't that I want to do all this.

I have no desire for the gym which is gutting as the uncomfortable booby situation outweighs my desire to run although I do wish I could run far... Far away from the recovery.coz quite frankly it's boring and lengthy and really rather unproductive....

I'm pushing my boundaries each day by leaning more and more body weight on my arms and I long for the day when I can do handstands again. Quite frankly I miss being upside down, I miss the gym and I miss normality. Bored and hoping these boobies are worth it in the end.

The plus side to all this....

Having doors opened for me because I can't handle the pressure of it..... It makes me feel like a princess.

In fact.... Teamed with the sleep just call me Sleeping beauty! Or Sleeping Booby!

But what you're doing right now IS productive!!!!! Whilst you're resting, you're healing and whilst you're healing, you're producing some lovely boobies!

You really shouldn't be putting any pressure on your upper body hun, you'll only put back your recovery in doing this babe and it'll be even longer before you'll be doing your handstands!

Put your recovery first Eeeeeek. You've waited a long time for your boobs and paid a good price for them too. Your surgeon has done his part in helping you to achieve a good result... The rest is up to you! So do take it easy babe. It pays to listen to the aftercare instruction given sweetheart and if you don't you could risk your aftercare becoming void.

Soooo I'm taking everyone's advice and resting up!!

I know I wrote I am pushing the boundaries but really that means I am just 'testing' it each day... It's currently a No.. But little baby steps is better than no steps! :)

Haven't pushed myself so I have any of those eye squintingly painful moments.. Just being pretty... Well sedentary..

I have started playing a Simpsons game called 'tapped out' on the iPhone so that's keeping me busy. Facebook. Twitter, what's app tapped out. Repeat. That's my life at the moment.

Anyway... Boobywise...

I officially love them.
For the first time during this whole experience I am kinda loving my shape.
I know I have a long way to go with the fluffing and the dropping (hoping they don't drop too much :/)

But when they took the dressing off I was thankful to find out.....
A) I have dissolvable stitches
B) my boobs look like actual boobs... Like ones that pretty people have . I have a rack like a porn star.... It's pretty amazing!!

I have done this whole journey just for me. Just so I feel comfortable in my own skin and can look in the mirror and think that's the best I'm gonna look...

However my boyfriend ... His little eye light up each time I get them out. I didn't realise how happy and attractive it now makes me to him...

Win. Win alround! Very happy camper.... Finally.

I'll be honest... They're still uncomfortable. BUT... Getting there ...

Not long til your op chick... Sleepless nights? I had a full week of sleepless nights 2 wks before mine I pretty much moved a house the day befor my op so I slept like a baby the night before my op! Keep busy and get everything your abled body will allow Hun xxx

Sounds like things are going really well babe! Im made up for you. my boyfriend is the same lol. he's always said he's not a fan of big boobs but he can't keep his eyes or hands off the new girls! i love it!! Xx
