Don't let it ruin your excitement Rocky, this may not have the right surgeon for you but there is the right one out there for you, you just gotta find them.

Just to add to what the others have said about having another consultation, if you liked Transform as a company, you can always see another one of their surgeons, you dont just have to see one. Definitely see another company so you can compare T&Cs and aftercare etc but I saw 2 surgeons at Mya because I wasnt keen on the first one they suggested and then saw 1 at Transform so I could compare companies. Out of the 3, I saw 1 said 360 overs and 2 said either 380 or 410 partial unders. I had 410 unders with Transform on Friday and am very happy with my final decision. Like you, I came out of my first consultation not feeling like he had listened to me and I wouldnt have been happy going with someone I wasnt 100% comfortable with especially if the results turned out differently to what I expected.

I am going to book another 1 today, for as soon as i can get it and maybe another one with transform after that, just spent all day yesterday traveling by myself and was so excited untill i thought about it on my way home, the consultation felt rushed and he didnt have enough sizers etc, but as yous have said i will get a surgeon that i like eventually!
I think i was just in a bad mood yesterday after a long day.... so new day ... il try to get enthusiastic again and search for another surgeon :D

hi darlin, just read through this. definately go to a few places, i went to 4 and transform was the one for me. It is a massive journey you are starting and not one to be rushed. xx

I just thought i would update... I'm not one for thinking everything happens for a reason n all that but i rang the clinic today to arrange a consultation and i couldn't get through I tried about 20 times and then gave up i was so annoyed, so came on here and just seen a thread in the latest topics which was about the surgeon who i wanted to go with but thought had retired! HE HASN'T! I am so happy, obviously i need to see him and make sure we are on the same page but i already know he is a fantastic surgeon and a lovely man! ...... god iv heard people say this is a roller coaster of an experience but i didnt think it would be this up and down and I'm only at consultation stage!! xxxx

It's a big decision, go with your gut instinct and who you will be happy with, you will need to trust your surgeon and have a good rapport with the nurses and consultant.

Good news! I think things like that happen for a reason. My first consultation went well and even though I had my second surgeon booked for consult I would have booked with the first if he had emailed me back in time, but I ended up seeing my second surgeon in the meantime and am so pleased now as I decided to go with him and much happier with this one :)
