Yep Macom all the way! Its nice and smooth so no annoying seams and its not too thick so you dont find yourself sweating in it!

They are specifically designed for post op! Visit this site [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] and type in MYBREAST in the promo code to get 15% off. They are more expensive than the high street shops but totally worth it and you dont need to know your cup size as the cups are expandable so you just order your back size!

Re: Best sports bras???
Yes they're a compression garment so kep your boobs nice and firmly in place.
You only order your band size ie- 34/36
Google macom and it'll come up, the one I got is the 1007
If you enter mybreast ad the discount code I think you get 15% off

Re: Best sports bras???
I've been doing my homework too looking for bras and found some reviews you might be interested in:
I found the Triumph tri-action extreme is coming out tops with 10/10 in a review, I love that its quite low on the neckline too which unusual really 'cos they're usually up around your neck!
So I've just bought myself two of THESE this evening.
It's free delivery too if you spend over £50
So I thought I'd share... The rest of the review came out this way:
The champion action shape model 072 came in joint second along with the Enell get serious bra.
3rd was the Panache 2001. 4th the Berlei shock absorber. 5th Sport Jock super sports bra & M&Ss extra impact. 6th is the Royce Impact free S644 & the Moving comfort Maia and finally the Triumph tri-action power move

Re: Best sports bras???
I've used a Lonsdale one from sports direct since day 1. They come in different colours are cheap and not as ugly as some of the others. I have had no problems with it and like I said used it from beginning x

Macom is a post-surgery bra lovely as opposed to a sports bra. It's all about preference babe, some may prefer the post surgery. I myself prefer a sportsbra.
I can't make the post a sticky hun. Breast Buddies is an impartial forum (no advertising clinics, surgeons, bras etc) so you all have choices which you prefer to wear yourself. Xx

You could go and have a fitting Cazzy and get your backl size from there, then you can use the backside and add that to the cup size your surgeon has estimated for you. Xx
Re: Best sports bras???
Sorry to just bust in here! Just wondering if any of you have tried Tesco's medium impact sports bra? It's only £4, so I got one just to have :)

Buttercup iv heard medium impact is not enough?
Think I'm gonna buy a triumph extreme in a 32dd, although as I'm typing I'm debating playing it safe with a small macom lol xox

Re: Best sports bras???
i was wondering about medium or high impact, but my surgeon told me to go for medium impact so i'll just have to rely on him with that one & hope it's ok!
