Re: measurements for a Macom????
Hi Shaz,
The macom stretches ALOT! So you just get your normal band width!
When I got mine pre-op, I tried it on, and it fit!!!! I then started to stress and posted on here!! Lol
And it fits me now....so it's very stretchy!!

Re: measurements for a Macom????
I got the big one coz I was worried about swelling babe and its far too big and I'm a 34 back.
I've actually sowed it at the back to make it smaller its so big.
Macoms are only sized on band as the cups stretch so one of the girls on here suggested buying a medium and some bra extenders, I realy wish I had done that.
I'm 5ft 9 a decent size 12 started a empty 34 d and had 460 unders and the large was still too big :) xx

Re: measurements for a Macom????
I am a size 8 and had 390cc and I have a small and its fastened on the tightest fitting and it doesnt feel uncomfortable, while it does feel like its compressing things (which its supposed to) it doesnt feel restrictive at all.

Re: measurements for a Macom????
I am a 34 back and bought a medium! I wore it before (haha it looked awful on my tiny boobs) and it fit and now I'm post op it fits fantastic! It doesn't feel too tight so I hope it's the right size but it certainly make my new boobs look smaller so I guess it's doing the job x
