Consultation details

Hi,
I have my meeting with Dr Sultan Hussan today at 17:15 and wanted some info.

I've not seen a consultant yet ,does that mean I'm skipping the sales pitch?

Will I have to bear all today?the reason I ask is..
I e been wearing gel bras since I was 15 years old...now 12 years later I still wear them.
I can't wear a normal bra because I automatically burst into tears lol will this be ok to wear..?? Noone knows my real size ,only my husband,not even my family and friends. That's how big an issue this is for me.

Please advise when pos.

If you are seeing a surgeon today then yes hun you're going to have to bare all so he/she can advise you on what they would need to do to achieve the look you want. You should be fine to wear any bra you want to the consultation. I know its awful to get your boobs out in front of a surgeon especially when you feel so uncomfortable with them yourself, we've all been there and its such a hard thing to do. I got through it by thinking of the end result, picturing the boobs I longed to have got me through it. Think of it as a means to an end.

I know....I'm there because I'm not happy with my size ...so its not like he hasn't seen it all before.
I also received a 50 pound voucher lol not sure what the point is lol won't cover much

Hope the consultation goes well Zulka... As misf1 you'll have to stand topless whilst the surgeon makes his assessment, I won't lie, it is a little embarrassing, I've been there so many times now but even the other day when I had my pre-op, it still always feels the same, but it's only for a short time and you just have to keep in mind that they see boobs all day every day and our boobs are nothing but a surgical procedure to them and thats all they see.

You may want to wear a white T-shirt because your surgeon may allow you try some implants in your bra to see which size you like on your frame... wearing the white is the best way to get the most realistic idea of what you will result in post-op. xx
