Re: Scars!
I was given scar cream to use on my scars, if that helps any. Sorry, I'm not too sure of bio oil though! xx

Re: Scars!
Bio oil or cocoa butter will be fine Lisa  Just ensure you've had the ok from your surgeon to put anything on your scars and massage them first. Xx

Re: Scars!
Have you been given the all clear from your clinic nurse/surgeon to start using oils/lotions on your scars and to massage this early Lisa?
If not, it best to wait till you get the all clear babe, which is 'generally' around 6 weeks post-op due to the scars possibly still being prone to infection, or not knitted together enough to sustain the pressure of massage just yet.
If you have, I didn't use anything on my BA scars and they were perfect. A fine thin line that was barely visible. If you'd like to use something on them, Palmers cocoa butter, or Bio-oil or what most ladies use hun. Just start massage with gentle circular motions at first, adding more pressure as you get more confident over your scars. xx
