Appointments
Hi Ladies,
i have just received my next appointment for the nurse but its not at six weeks but at 8 weeks, but do i have to get the all clear from the nurse to wear under wirer bras? and for the gym? as if this is the case i shall phone them and move the date. As waiting for another 2weeks on top off the six weeks i dont think i would be able to handle it.

Re: Appointments
Yes Shena, you'll need to see your 'surgeon' so they can check your new boobs and ensure they are healed enough for you to treat them as normal.
I understand how hard the wait is Shena, but if waiting 2 weeks longer is what is required for you to get the all clear, it really is after all the money you've spent and the all the time you've waited to have this surgery done and go through all of this recovery, waiting till your surgeon gives you the all clear so you know you'll have done the very best for your boobs lovely, to get the very best result possible. xx

Re: Appointments
Aw hun it's so frustrating sometimes isn't it. I remember feeling so impatient about the healing process and just how long every little thing took, but it is worth the wait and 8 weeks feels like forever, but it'll fly by. Fingers crossed you get an earlier appointment, although don't pin your hopes on getting the all clear on that 6 week mark, if the new boobies aren't ready and you have to stay in sports bras a little longer it will all be worth it.
Re: Appointments
it is frustrating to be honest i know its only 8 weeks, i just need to be patient and wait lol I do want to make sure my boobies are ready and have healed in the right way with no problems etc.thank you misf1

Re: Appointments
It's hard to be patient, but definitely worth it. I had to wait 12 weeks! :( But I did it and now able to wear lovely bra's :) x
